Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of workplace operations, budget administration, and office culture initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient administrative processes, an exceptional employee experience, and the smooth delivery of workplace services.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for employees, suppliers, Finance, HR, and Facilities teams, managing financial and operational processes through SAP and MyBuy while contributing to a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace environment.

Responsibilities

- Budget Facilities management: receipt of invoices, create payment orders into SAP/MYBUY

- Budget HR management: receipt of invoices, create payment orders into SAP/MYBUY





- SAP R/3 Billing HR/FM placing orders and entering invoices for purchasing groups

- Registration forms of new suppliers

- Reclassification of expenses and resolution of incidents

- Supervision of office services such as: events/activations, canteen, auxiliary services and occupancy management

- Culture Management of events/activations in the office:

- Promote the different social initiatives related to the HR culture agenda and promoting the local culture community.

Qualifications

- 2 years of experience in a similar position (administration and billing management)

- Autonomous and results-oriented person with social skills

- Experience in MS Office, SAP R3, MyBuy

- Languages: Spanish and English (intermediate level)
