Your mission We are seeking a proactive Finance Operations & Treasury Specialist to join our dynamic Finance team in Barcelona. This role will focus on bank reconciliation, payment classification and coordination with external accounting providers, ensuring accurate and timely accounting information across all group entities. The position will also provide support to Treasury, external audit processes and the Head of Finance on operational and ad-hoc finance matters.

Your mission We are seeking a proactive Finance Operations & Treasury Specialist to join our dynamic Finance team in Barcelona. This role will focus on bank reconciliation, payment classification and coordination with external accounting providers, ensuring accurate and timely accounting information across all group entities. The position will also provide support to Treasury, external audit processes and the Head of Finance on operational and ad-hoc finance matters.

Bank Reconciliation & Accounting Support: Monitor bank movements, reconcile payments and categorize each transaction with the relevant accounting information to ensure accurate reporting to the external accountants.

Booking Support: Provide booking support to all group entities and subsidiaries, helping ensure the correct accounting treatment and follow-up of transactions.

External Accountants Liaison: Act as the main operational contact for external accounting providers, coordinating documentation, accounting queries, deadlines and closing requirements.

Audit Support: Prepare, organize and follow up on the financial documentation requested for external audits.

Treasury & Invoicing: Support the Treasury team with the collection,



review and tracking of invoices received from external providers, including payment-related documentation and due dates. Support the review and potential implementation of a future payment system, helping define processes, validate information and coordinate operational requirements.

Finance Support: Provide general support to the Head of Finance with reporting, administrative tasks and ad-hoc finance projects. Native or fluent Spanish with a very good command of English, both written and spoken. At least 2-3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, audit or treasury departments, ideally in an international environment. Good understanding of bank reconciliations, accounting entries and invoice/payment processes. Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel;

experience with ERP, accounting or payment systems is a plus. Proactive team player with strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external providers. Work closely with Treasury, Accounting, external advisors and the Head of Finance.

Participate in the improvement and potential digitalization of finance and payment processes. Work in our central Barcelona office with the possibility of partial remote work. Have monthly meal vouchers and private health insurance with Sanitas.
