Job Responsibilities

- Handle the company’s local accounting in Spain, ensuring compliance with Spanish accounting standards and tax requirements.
- Manage local accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, customer and supplier reconciliations, etc.
- Follow up on local tax filings, monthly and annual closing, and related financial reports.
- Optimize financial processes and improve the standardization and efficiency of finance operations.
- Maintain communication with the headquarters finance team,



external accounting firms, and tax advisors.
- Assist in building and managing the local finance team in Spain according to the company’s business development needs.

Requirements

- Familiar with Spanish accounting standards and local tax practices.
- Experience in local finance, accounting, accounts receivable/payable, or general ledger.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred; experience with other ERP or finance systems is also acceptable.
- Finance experience in channel sales, distribution, retail, consumer electronics, or trading industries is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and awareness of process improvement.
- Language: Chinese and Spanish can be used as working languages.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
