Netzon Group is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our International Team in Barcelona for the Via Campaign. You will be the first point of contact for Flemish-speaking customers, delivering friendly support and solutions that meet their needs.
Work is full-time (39 hours/week) with hybrid in Barcelona and remote in Spain, starting ASAP. You’ll gain experience in mobility operations, CRM tools, and cross-cultural teamwork while representing Via and Netzon with professionalism.
