What you will do

- Own the technical delivery of AI agent deployments at banks, from first scoping conversation to stable production
- Build the integration layer for each client, whether the deployment is API-based, in a private cloud, or on-premise
- Work directly with bank engineering, security, and operations teams
- Turn every client-specific solution into a reusable component, so the next deployment is faster than the last
- Tune agent behavior to each client's operational reality, then measure whether it reduced their workload
- Carry what you learn in the field back to product and engineering, because you will see the gaps first

What you need





- 4+ years of experience as a software engineer, forward deployed engineer, or solutions engineer
- English proficiency required
- Strong TypeScript and SQL, and comfort working across the stack when a deployment needs it
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems in financial services, payments, or another regulated industry
- Comfort with different deployment models, including API-based, private cloud, and on-premise
- Comfort in front of clients: you can run a technical working session with a bank's engineers
- A pragmatic instinct for what to build now, and what to make reusable
- Ownership mindset: you define the solution as much as you build it, and you do not wait to be unblocked
- Understanding of payments, disputes, or chargeback workflows is a strong plus, and genuine curiosity about them is required
