What is the role and company?

Our client is a fast‑growing boutique software vendor specialising in cutting‑edge Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technology. As they expand their footprint across EMEA, they are seeking an FP&A; Implementation Associate or Senior Associate to join their Barcelona team.

As an FP&A; Associate, you’ll play an essential role in helping new customers implement the platform and adopt best‑in‑class financial planning practices. This is a hybrid role blending technical FP&A; work, systems integration, client advisory, and product collaboration.

What will I be doing?

In this role, you will:

- Bring new customers onto the platform by integrating their data, systems, and reporting structures.
- Build and refine financial models that elevate and modernize their existing planning processes.
- Train, support, and guide users so they become confident, independent power‑users of the tool.
- Deliver ad‑hoc financial insights and analysis to inform customer decision‑making.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to provide feedback and help shape new features.

What They’re Looking For

- 2-6 years of FP&A;, finance,



or consulting experience.
- A strong analytical mindset and the ability to break down complex data into practical solutions.
- Comfort in customer‑facing work and the ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence in financial modelling.
- A proactive, self‑directed approach—you take initiative and thrive in dynamic environments.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine desire to take ownership of outcomes.
