Role Description Channel Manager - Franchisee Acquisition and Development is a full-time, on-site role based. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new franchise partners aligned with LKP’s business and service standards.

The Channel

Manager will manage the end-to-end acquisition cycle, including outreach, presentations, negotiations, and agreement finalization, while maintaining strong ongoing relationships with franchisees. Day-to-day activities include monitoring franchise performance, guiding partners on business growth strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies, and coordinating with internal teams such as operations, compliance, and marketing. The position also involves setting targets,



tracking key metrics, providing training and support to franchisees, and preparing regular reports on network development and performance.

Qualifications

Experience in franchisee acquisition, channel development, or business development within financial services or related industries.

Strong skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and negotiation to establish and grow franchise partnerships.

Ability to analyze business performance metrics, prepare reports, and develop growth strategies for franchise networks.

Proficiency in communication and presentation, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively.

Proven team leadership capabilities, including setting goals, monitoring progress, and coaching team members toward outcomes.

Good understanding of investment products, brokerage services, or wealth management solutions is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications in finance or management are an advantage.

Comfort working in a structured on-site environment in Andorra, with readiness to travel locally for franchise partner meetings when required.
