We are currently sourcing for a French Speaking iRobot Support Specialist position in Bulgaria for a global leader in consumer electronics. Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level technical support for premium consumer electronics, specifically focusing on advanced robotic home appliances.

Troubleshoot software, connectivity, and hardware issues for customers via phone, email, and live chat.

Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving technical inquiries with a focus on product education and user satisfaction.

Document and escalate complex technical issues to the Tier 2 engineering teams within the consumer electronics sector.

Maintain deep knowledge of current product lines, including updates, firmware versions, and accessory compatibility.

Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every interaction reflects the high quality associated with iRobot products.

Collaborate with international teams to refine support procedures and improve the overall consumer electronics user journey.

Native or fluent French (spoken and written).

Valid EU passport (mandatory).





Strong technical aptitude and interest in the consumer electronics industry.

Previous experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer success roles is highly advantageous.

Excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.
