In this role you will manage the financial back-office for Plug and Play’s US venture funds, coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring timely capital calls, distributions, and valuations. You’ll oversee third-party accounting and reporting, keeping financials accurate and audit-ready. You will work with internal teams and external administrators to support growth and governance.

This position offers a hands-on, cross-functional view of venture fund finance with a focus on precision and accountability.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Vendor Relationship u0026 Ops Liaison: be the primary contact for the US fund administrator, ensuring SLAs and reporting deadlines are met
- Capital Activity Oversight: coordinate capital calls, LP drawdowns, and distributions with deal teams, LPs, banks, and the administrator




- Financial Reporting u0026 NAV: review quarterly/annual financial statements, NAV calculations, and capital statements
- Audit u0026 Tax Coordination: facilitate annual audits and K-1 preparation, coordinating with auditors and tax advisors
- Capitalization u0026 Transaction Support: track cash movements for investments and reconcile cap table data
- Cash u0026 Treasury Oversight: monitor bank balances, xugodme review wire instructions, and track management fees

Responsabilidades

- 3–6 years in venture capital/private equity fund accounting, fund administration, or Big 4 audit
- Familiarity with US VC fund structures (LP/GP, capital calls, waterfalls, K-1)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- High proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and fund administration software
