This role is tailored for high-achieving professionals who combine exceptional organizational skills with a fluent understanding of corporate culture across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (the DACH region). As a Client Success Specialist, you will guide fast-scaling tech companies through a seamless integration onto our advanced digital infrastructure.

Compensation Structure

- Total Package: Up to €30,000 gross annual OTE
- Base Salary: €26,000 gross annual base pay
- Performance Incentive: Up to €4,000 performance bonus

Duties & ResponsibilitiesFunction as a key growth strategist, using modern digital marketing channels to enhance brand presence and unlock scalable commercial revenue.

- Portfolio Management: Lead the entire onboarding journey for new accounts, designing targeted Pay-Per-Click (PPC) ad strategies tailored to specific industry sectors.
- Strategic Consulting: Assess individual client goals to deliver customized digital solutions that enable partners to reach key performance benchmarks.
- Campaign Delivery: Deploy, track, and refine high-impact advertising campaigns that help brands enter new markets efficiently and sustain long-term growth.
- Revenue Growth: Drive account expansion by uncovering upselling opportunities, leveraging data analytics to demonstrate a clear return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Relationship Retention: Build long-lasting, trusted corporate partnerships to secure client loyalty and establish yourself as an indispensable partner in their digital expansion.
- CRM Accuracy: Maintain precise,



up-to-date documentation of all account updates and client communications within the central CRM system.
