In this role you drive general automation standards across international pharmaceutical manufacturing sites. You will partner with cross-functional teams to define common ways of working, readiness criteria, and reusable implementation assets that enable scalable deployment. You translate standards into execution-ready guidance and support governance across programs.
The opportunity combines hands-on automation knowledge with influencing, mentoring, and shaping how multiple sites collaborate and learn. You will work in a supportive, hybrid environment that values knowledge sharing and continuous growth.

- Develop readiness criteria and reusable implementation assets (playbooks, templates, governance docs)
- Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing between global teams
- Translate automation standards into execution-ready guidance and support program governance

- Provide mentorship and contribute to technical excellence within the team
Responsabilidades
- Strong understanding of industrial automation ecosystems (PLC, SCADA, MES, OT/IT integration)
- Experience in multi-site automation or digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing
- Ability to create implementation playbooks, readiness assessments, templates, and governance xugodme documentation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication in global cross-functional environments
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
