About The Role

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI, agentic workflow, and advanced analytics solutions that enhance Finance decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Own digital products end-to-end, from strategy and development through implementation, adoption, ongoing operations, and value realization.
- Partner with Finance, Digital Finance,



and Data & IT teams to define data requirements and shape the roadmap for next-generation AI and ML-enabled capabilities.
- Drive the industrialization of Finance processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable AI, automation, and digital solutions across planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives and MVPs, translating business needs into scalable solutions and accelerating enterprise-wide adoption.
- Build strategic partnerships across Finance and other business functions to identify synergies, shape the future operating model, and deliver measurable transformation impact.

Essential Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5-8 years of Finance experience within a general, complex organization.
