As we continue to grow internationally, we are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team and help ensure the smooth execution of our daily operations.

About the role: As an Operations Specialist , you will play a key role in coordinating operational activities across multiple departments and international partners. You will help optimize processes, manage day-to-day operations, and support the successful execution of our import and export activities.

Key responsabilities:

- Coordinate daily operational activities across departments.
- Support and monitor import and export operations.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers, logistics partners, and customers.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.




- Analyze operational performance and prepare reports and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
- Document and update operational procedures.
- Resolve operational issues proactively and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions.
- Support cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Import/Export, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Office 365.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
