About the role

Join our Operational Excellence (OpEx) Warehouse team and learn how continuous improvement enables efficient and agile supply chain operations.



As a OpEx Trainee, you will gain hands‑on experience in improving flows, reducing waste, and optimizing processes to ensure materials and products move efficiently across the site.

Key responsibilities

- Support operational excellence initiatives focused on warehouse and logistics processes
- Design a data gathering system across the warehouse for operational performance management and problem identification.
- Learn how to improve flow efficiency and eliminate waste across supply chain operations
- Assist in analysing material flows, stock management and process bottlenecks
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and accuracy
- Support implementation of standard work and visual management tools
- Collaborate in problem‑solving activities related to logistics inefficiencies
