About The Role This is a junior/middle operations-focused role where you'll support the day-to-day processing of KYC requests, refunds, and user verification cases. Rather than conducting complex compliance investigations or risk assessments, you'll ensure operational cases are handled accurately, documentation is complete, and communication with merchants and partners is clear and professional. If you enjoy structured, process-driven work, have strong attention to detail, and prefer written communication over calls, you'll feel right at home in this role.

Your Mission Process KYC requests and support user verification workflows

Request and review KYC and other required documentation from clients

Monitor the status and deadlines of KYC and related operational cases

Collect and organize information related to chargebacks, disputed transactions, and partner requests

Communicate with clients and partners to obtain any missing information or documentation

Process refund requests submitted by merchants and internal teams

Manage end-user documentation and ensure records are complete and up to date.

What Makes

You a Great Fit Previous experience in operations, back office, customer support, document verification, or administrative roles is a plus Experience in FinTech, Payments, PSPs, iGaming, Crypto, or other related industries is an advantage

Excellent written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with merchants and partners Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned cases, and manage your workload with minimal supervision





Strong attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented approach to work

Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
