Responsibilities As a Developer within a product-pod pair*, you will contribute to building UFM business modules (vehicle ordering, compliance, pool management, cost control) on the shared UFM platform, based on TypeScript, NestJS and Vue within the Azure ecosystem. AI-powered coding agents will handle a significant share of the code generation, while you will be responsible for technical decisions, integration, quality, and compliance with platform standards : Build module features end-to-end on platform rails: workflow engine, authentication, data model, APIs.

Work AI-native: drive coding agents and review their output the way a senior reviews a team.

Integrate with legacy sources and the SAP / BI seams your module needs.

Hold platform conformance: conventions, tests, observability. The platform pod sets the bar, you hold it.

Level up: this role is the path from legacy maintenance to modern product engineering.

Product pods are small pairs (one product builder, one developer)

Solid developer in any stack. TypeScript experience helps; curiosity is required

Willing to work WITH AI tools every day — non-negotiable in our delivery model

Product-minded: you care what the feature does for the user, not only whether it compiles

Comfortable working in English in a distributed European team.

Salary Range For The Position Paris : 60K€ - 70K€ Munich : 72K€ - 84K€ Berlin : 66K€ - 77K€ Madrid : 48K€ - 56K€ Barcelone : 45K€ - 53K€ Brussels : 65K€ - 76K€ Amsterdam : 69K€ - 81K€ This position is open to freelance contractors. Fully remote working arrangements are accepted.
