Responsibilities
- - Development and execution of the business plan.
- Securing public and private funding (venture capital, business angels, grants, EIC, CDTI, etc.).
- Managing investor relationships and preparing investment rounds.
- Developing strategic alliances and commercial agreements.
- Coordinating regulatory activities and market access strategy.
- Overseeing organizational growth and business structuring.
- Representing the company before investors,



partners, and public bodies.
- Supporting intellectual property and commercialization strategy.

Qualifications
- - Proven experience in managing and leading technology or biomedical startups.
- Experience in investment acquisition and fundraising.
- Experience in negotiating with investors and closing funding rounds.
- Experience in business development and corporate strategy.
- Knowledge of the startup ecosystem, venture capital, and technology transfer.
- Experience in regulated environments (medical devices, biotech, digital health, or similar).
- Knowledge of regulations and quality standards applicable to medical devices is an asset.

- - Previous experience as CEO or member of the management team of startups.
