Fluent English skills (verbal and written). /li liSpecific technical skills (role‑dependent):



/li liIdentity Governance (Provisioning, Access Reviews, PIM) /li liSSO application integration (SCIM, REST APIs) /li liHybrid Identity (On-Prem AD Entra ID) /li liNice to have technical skills: /li liConditional Access Zero Trust concepts /li liAI‑assisted coding /li liDevOps mindset with ownership of the IT process from development/testing to deployment phase. /li liExperience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban). /li liAbility to cope with change, make decisions, and act comfortably when confronted with risk or uncertainty. /li liProactivity and “team player” attitude, with strong problem‑solving skills, hands‑on approach, and a growth mindset. /li liPassion for software engineering and development, with a strong Software Quality attitude, always looking for best quality solutions. /li /ul pbWHAT IF I DON’T CHECK ALL THE BOXES? /b /p pIt’s ok if some of the technology or terminology mentioned here are new for you.
