Experteer Overview As a Customer Onboarding u0026amp; Success Specialist at Malt, you will ensure smooth project delivery across lifecycle and serve as the primary liaison for clients and internal teams. You will manage client operations, drive renewals, and ensure contractual compliance to sustain business continuity. You’ll collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional partners to optimize processes and promote platform adoption. - Manage client operations including quote and timesheet validation for non-autonomous clients and ensure PO upload for invoicing
- Drive project renewals by anticipating endings and supporting renewal efforts
- Serve as the primary contact for client requests and escalate issues to internal stakeholders
- Ensure contractual compliance with SLAs, penalties, and PO processes
- Educate clients on platform benefits and conduct demos to enable independent operation




- Collaborate with Account Managers as SME on renewals and PO management
- Identify and scale operational pain points, partnering with Business Operations and Product to deploy automation initiativesResponsabilidades
- Background in Customer Experience Management, Operations, or Account Management with strong business acumen
- Proficiency with Advanced GSheet and Notion; knowledge of Looker andAI tools
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills; ability to manage stakeholders
- Operational mindset with knowledge of billing/invoicing, contract management, and process optimization
