ppWe are looking for a sharp, organized, and culturally aware Social Media Coordinator to support content execution and day-to-day social operations across THE TEAM’s EMEA/APAC-based corporate social channels and broader social ecosystem. /p pReporting into the EMEA/APAC Social Lead, this role will work closely with Social Media Managers, creative teams and communications stakeholders to help execute thoughtful, platform‑native content across THE TEAM‑owned channels. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their social media career who is passionate about storytelling, internet culture, and evolving platform behavior, and eager to grow within a fast‑paced and collaborative environment. /p pThis role can either be based in our London or Madrid offices. /p h3Day-to-Day Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport day‑to‑day management and execution across THE TEAM‑owned EMEA/APAC corporate social channels. /li liAssist with content scheduling, publishing and platform maintenance across priority social platforms. /li liSupport Social Media Managers with content coordination, publishing workflows and social‑first execution across campaigns, talent moments, company initiatives and cultural conversations. /li liDraft social copy and assist with content building across formats including short‑form video, carousels, Stories and real‑time content. /li liSupport community management and audience engagement while helping maintain THE TEAM’s voice, tone and editorial standards. /li liMonitor trends, conversations and emerging platform behaviors to identify culturally relevant opportunities and content inspiration. /li liConduct social listening across sports, entertainment, media and culture landscapes. /li liAssist with content organization, asset management and internal workflow coordination across teams and stakeholders. /li liSupport real‑time social coverage during events, launches,



campaigns and major company moments when needed. /li liAssist with reporting, performance tracking and gathering insights to support future content optimization. /li liCollaborate closely with social, creative and communications teams to support broader marketing and storytelling initiatives. /li liSupport onsite content capture and social execution for select shoots, productions and events when needed. /li /ul h3Skills / Qualifications /h3 ul li1‑3+ years of agency‑side, brand or creator‑focused social media experience. /li liBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. /li liStrong understanding of social media platforms, internet culture and evolving social best practices. /li liFamiliarity with native platform analytics and social management tools such as Sprinklr or similar platforms preferred. /li liExcellent writing, editing and communication skills with strong attention to detail. /li liStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. /li liCollaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders. /li liHigh standard of excellence, adaptability and willingness to work nontraditional hours when needed around live moments and events. /li liVideo capture and editing capabilities (CapCut, Edits, Premiere Pro, etc.) preferred. /li liStrong awareness of trends across sports, entertainment, media and internet culture. /li liPassion for storytelling, audience behavior and platform‑native content. /li liProficiency in Google Suite, Keynote, Slack and Box. /li liPassion for and experience working natively in TikTok is a bonus. /li /ul pTHE ·TEAM does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
