This is a unique opportunity to shape our product offering and bring your vision to life in alignment with our brand DNA. /ph3Your challenge /h3ulliLead and oversee the entire handbag design process from concept to final sample, ensuring designs align with ALOHAS’ vision and market trends. /liliResearch and integrate new materials, textures, and sustainable innovations to create trend-forward and high-quality handbag designs. /liliCollaborate closely with product development, merchandising, and production teams to ensure feasibility, quality standards, and adherence to project timelines. /liliDevelop detailed sketches, tech packs, and CAD drawings, clearly communicating design intentions to sample makers and manufacturers. /liliConduct trend analysis and competitor research to anticipate customer preferences and incorporate insights into the design process. /liliDrive seasonal storytelling and design themes that align with ALOHAS’ brand identity and resonate with our target audience. /liliManage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with efficiency to deliver high-quality handbag concepts on time.
