Experteer Overview In this regional operations role, you will oversee a portfolio of properties in the East of Spain, ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, monitor key metrics, and drive continuous improvement across properties. You’ll coordinate on-site teams and external partners to maintain standards, handle repairs and maintenance, and meet SLAs. You’ll collaborate with management to align regional goals with company strategy, and assist with technical readiness during new property openings.Compensaciones / Incentivos
