Responsibilities- Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products.- Develops software including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools.- Focuses on orchestration, end-to-end automation, Assurance Fault Management, Performance Management, RAN and 5G Automation, and cloud-native solutions with AI applications for optimization.- Defines and enforces software design guidelines and standards for the R&D; organization.- Provides both technical and functional leadership within R&D; teams: assigns tasks, facilitates technical decision-making, coordinates priorities, and ensures coherence between technical initiatives and operational business needs.- Drives innovation and integration of emerging technologies (including cloud-native solutions, applied AI for operations, and MCP servers) within R&D; projects.Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.- Typically 6-10 years experience.- Extensive experience with multiple software design tools and programming languages relevant to telco platforms and R&D; environments.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proven ability to design scalable,
