Senior Architect at Allianz Technology leads AI architecture and enablement across strategy and hands-on delivery. You shape AI governance, reference architectures, and practical artifacts for delivery teams. You will prototype AI-enabled productivity tools and define the AI Development Lifecycle, balancing strategic direction with hands-on PoCs. This role aligns AI strategy with enterprise standards, driving reusable patterns and governance across the AI factory program.Compensaciones / Incentivos• Research, prototype, and build business cases for AI-powered tools and workflows; translate learnings into reusable guidance and technology radar inputs• Define and champion the AI Development Lifecycle, emphasizing spec-driven development and contract-like agreements between AI agents and humans• Design citizen development models and reference architectures for agentic systems (single-agent, multi-agent, HLI) with security, compliance, and Group standards• Execute PoCs to validate architectural hypotheses (ORchestration frameworks, A2A protocols, MCP tool ecosystems, memory/context patterns)



and convert results into architecture blueprints and enablement materials• Collaborate with Ru0026D and AI factory programs; participate in vendor evaluations and ensure architectural grounding for innovation• Act as the EA contact for AI factory activities; ensure designs comply with H4 guardrails and governance framework; manage ARB/DA/AI Use Case registrations• Identify reusable AI architectural patterns early to prevent production risks (security, data residency, model governance, vendor lock-in)Responsabilidades• Hands-on AI/ML system design experience (LLM integration, RAG, vector databases) and ability to evaluate PoCs without a dedicated engineering team• Knowledge of cloud-native patterns (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data architectures (data mesh, lakehouse, streaming)• Understanding of data governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, and privacy-by-design considerations in AI workloads• Ability to read, write, and review code xcskxlj (Python) and produce architecture artifacts (ADRs, reference architectures)• Strong stakeholder management; ability to translate between business and technical language; experience in distributed teams• Experience running structured PoCs and in developer enablement programs; familiarity with spec-driven development (OpenAPI-first, AsyncAPI)• Understanding of citizen development risks, shadow IT, and governance in a large regulated environment• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to bring structure to evolving agentic AI spacesRequisitos principales• hybrid work model• up to 25 days abroad• bonus scheme• pension• employee shares program• employee discounts
