- Build Quality Dashboards in MicroStrategy
- Design, develop and maintain Quality dashboards in MicroStrategy, in close collaboration with a Data Analyst from the team.
- Gather business requirements from Quality stakeholders and translate them into actionable KPIs and visualizations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability across reports.
- Document dashboards and provide user guidance to the Quality team.
- Develop an AI Agent for Sales Quality Guidelines
- Design and build an AI agent that provides tailored Quality guidelines for each sale, based on multiple criteria (business sector, season, volume of SKUs, product type, etc.).
- Collect, structure and formalize existing Quality guidelines into a usable knowledge base.
- Work on prompt engineering, testing and iterative improvement of the agent's recommendations.




- Collaborate with Quality experts to validate the relevance and accuracy of the agent's outputs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with the Quality team, Data Analysts and business stakeholders.

- Share progress, findings and recommendations through regular updates and presentations.
