In this Finance Lead role within the Marketplace Experience team, you own Pu0026amp;L and forecasting for support operations across markets. You will design the analytical toolkit, models, and dashboards that empower leadership to allocate cost, capacity, and investment. You act as a finance business partner to delivery leads, operations, and HQ FPu0026amp;A, driving decisions and accountability. • Own end-to-end financial reporting and forecasting for Marketplace Experience operations, ensuring accurate Pu0026L and credible Best Estimates.
• Set the analytical agenda and identify key cost drivers and unit-economics questions to drive decisions.
• Design and maintain the financial toolkit (models, dashboards, self-serve frameworks) used across markets.
• Partner with Service Delivery Leads, country operations, BPO partners, and HQ FPu0026A to influence financial discipline.
• Lead deep-dives on material variances,



sizing impacts and driving corrective actions to execution.
• Own the finance workstream on strategic programs (cost reduction, BPO efficiency, capacity/investment decisions) from framing to delivery.
• Raise the bar for the finance and operations community by mentoring analysts and elevating analysis.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, audit, or corporate/operational finance with Pu0026L ownership.
• Bachelor in Finance
• Hands-on Pu0026L ownership, advanced financial modelling, and fluency with accounting statements and unit economics.
• Strong analytical judgement and ability to structure ambiguous problems
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions without formal authority
• Strategic ownership from framing to execution and outcomes
• Autonomous, hands-on approach to building the needed tools
• Excellent English communication skills
• Advanced Excel and SQL and/or data viz tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
