As Billing u0026amp; Reservations Coordinator at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, you will manage reservation administration and the end-to-end billing process to ensure timely payments and a seamless guest experience. You will collaborate with Reservations, Finance, Front Office, guests, agencies, and partners to keep accurate records and handle invoices and payment issues. Your work supports smooth check-ins, accurate folios, and compliant financial controls in a luxury setting. This role offers the chance to impact guest satisfaction while working within a global hospitality brand.Compensaciones / Incentivos• Process, modify, and cancel reservations in Opera Cloud PMS• Verify reservation details, rates, payment methods, and special requests• Manage deposits, prepayments, payment links, VCC, and billing arrangements• Follow up on pending payments with guests, agencies, and corporate clients• Generate and review invoices, refunds, and billing adjustments• Ensure accurate billing instructions, PM accounts,
