ppKonsento is searching a talented candidate for our client. /p pOur client is a general life-science company, with 50,000 employees all over the globe and with presence in 47 countries at the moment. /p h3Job Description /h3 pThe Regional IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for building, maintaining and continuously improving the IT Infrastructure needed to run company's laboratories and their applications; /p pThe role partners with the business in a true "IT as a Service" model; provide resilient, top-of-the-range, cost-efficient IT Infra services of the regional IT Infra team; /p pThey will execute the IT transformation program to segregate IT infra assets, coaching and steering their team, as part of the regional IT infra team. /p pThe role will be responsible for IT Service Management, IT Infra Transformation Program and IT Infra Operations. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild and manage the regional IT team. /li liManage day‑to‑day delivery, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure systems and services, including hosting of regional business applications, WAN/LAN network management, IT security, backup and recovery, identity and access management, workplace and endpoint device management, and end‑user support. /li liManage IT infrastructure projects and changes to continuously improve and upgrade systems, adapt them to changing business needs and standards, and ensure deployments with minimal disruption.



/li liMonitor and report on IT service quality and customer satisfaction against agreed KPIs and SLAs. /li liEnsure Group IT infrastructure and security standards are implemented and adhered to. /li liLead the IT Service Management, IT Infrastructure Transformation Program and IT Infrastructure Operations. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Computer Science (M.S.) or related field. /li li5‑10 years of experience leading or managing within a successful IT organization in at least two areas of IT infrastructure operations. /li li5+ years of work experience with IT infrastructure project management in an international environment, preferably in an industrial or process‑driven environment and ideally in the laboratory industry. /li liFluent spoken and written English. /li liExtensive knowledge of compute (Windows Server, etc.), storage (NetApp, etc.), and network (Cisco, etc.) technologies. /li liCross‑functional technical experience: Windows Server installations, Microsoft Active Directory and DNS, Microsoft Exchange 2010, data backup technologies, VMware, SAN/NAS storage systems, etc. /li liIn‑depth understanding of virtual and cloud infrastructures (experience with Azure, AWS). /li liStrong security awareness (ISO 27000). /li liExtensive knowledge and experience with IT best‑practice methodologies (ITIL, COBIT) and familiarity with BPMN, SCRUM, CMMi; GxP (GAMP5), GDPR. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
