ppI'm currently partnering with a general manufacturing organisation to recruit a Business Controller for their finance team based in Madrid. /p pThis is an excellent opportunity to join an international business with operations across multiple continents, working within a collaborative Group Finance function where you'll play a key role in financial planning, reporting and business performance. /p pWorking closely with senior finance leaders, you'll help deliver high-quality financial insight that supports strategic decision-making across the organisation. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting. /li liAssist with budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities. /li liPerform variance analysis, identifying trends, risks and opportunities. /li liMonitor business performance and provide meaningful financial insights to stakeholders. /li liSupport CAPEX reporting and investment analysis. /li liAssist with financial consolidation and reporting processes. /li liDrive continuous improvement across finance processes, reporting and controls. /li liSupport audit activities and ensure compliance with internal policies.



/li /ul h3What we're looking for /h3 ul li3–7 years' experience in Business Controlling, FPA, Finance Business Partnering or Management Reporting. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liExperience working within an international or multinational organisation. /li liExposure to budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. /li liExperience with finance systems such as OneStream, SAP, Oracle, SAP BFC or similar EPM/ERP platforms would be highly advantageous. /li liAdvanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is beneficial. /li liFluent English is essential.
