Experteer Overview
In this role you will support the Asset Management team across Spain and Europe, driving value creation and monitoring performance for a diversified, multi-asset portfolio. You will collaborate with senior asset managers, finance, and external partners to ensure rigorous analysis, governance, and disciplined execution across the asset lifecycle. The role bridges acquisitions onboarding, ongoing oversight, financing events, and exit execution, emphasizing accuracy and clear stakeholder communication. This position offers hands-on exposure to multiple asset classes and a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support asset managers in developing and tracking asset-level business plans; identify performance gaps and value creation initiatives
• Monitor operating and financial performance against plan and prepare variance analysis and commentary
• Coordinate budgeting and IRR reforecasting cycles with auditable assumptions
• Maintain and enhance asset/deal financial models and support hold/sell analysis
• Track initiatives and maintain governance logs with milestones and action trackers
• Collect, validate and consolidate reporting from third parties; prepare weekly/monthly and quarterly reviews
• Standardise reporting templates and definitions across asset classes for portfolio-wide consistency
• Assist with contract/fee tracking and ensure alignment of terms in models and forecasts
• Maintain core asset documentation for audit readiness and efficient execution
• Conduct market research and translate findings into actionable inputs for business plans
• Support valuation processes by updating cash flows and coordinating with valuers
• Maintain portfolio dashboards and performance attribution for internal stakeholders
• Track macro/regulatory developments and their implications for asset strategy and risk
• Prepare ad hoc analyses for capex prioritisation, leasing strategies, and hedging considerations
• Prepare recurring asset/deal reporting packs for committees and senior management
• Ensure data quality and version control across models and reports
• Input and reconcile actuals, perform quality checks, update models
• Support investor reporting and due diligence requests with cross-team collaboration
• Coordinate IPD data submissions and maintain IPD database for benchmarking
• Act as IPD liaison for queries and audit trails
• Support performance benchmarking and analytics using IPD outputs
• Support acquisitions onboarding with data gathering and due diligence workstreams
• Assist in preparing IC materials and related supporting analysis
• Support financing processes by maintaining lender models and covenant tracking
• Assist with exit planning and data room preparation
• Track delivery of business plan initiatives underpinning valuation and exit narratives
• Integrate ESG objectives into business plans and supporting reporting
• Coordinate sustainability data requests and analyze capex/opex trade-offs
• Maintain risk registers and track renewals/deadlines
• Develop templates, dashboards and playbooks to improve efficiency
• Document processes and support cross-office collaboration
Responsabilidades
• 1-3 years' experience in asset management, investment banking, portfolio management, investment management, transaction services, corporate finance or related analytical role
• Strong financial modelling, performance analysis and high-quality reporting under tight timelines
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and handling complex datasets
• Interest in broad exposure across asset classes and capital events; strong learning mindset
