Experteer Overview As a Principal Biostatistician in a leading biopharmaceutical solutions organization, you will lead statistical activities across multiple studies and serve as the primary sponsor contact for biostatistics. You mentor and train Biostatistics staff, oversee project analytics, and ensure high-quality, compliant deliverables. You will contribute to study design, SAPs, randomization, and regulatory interactions, shaping analyses and decisions. - Lead projects across multiple studies or programs and act as primary statistical contact for sponsors
- Mentor biostatisticians, oversee training plans and sessions
- Prepare and review Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs) and mock-up displays
- Oversee protocol statistics, randomization schedules, and CSRs input
- Review SAS annotated CRFs, SAS databases, and data capture for quality
- Create/Review programming specifications for analysis datasets, tables, listings, figures
- Direct and review work of other biostatistics personnel to ensure timely, high-quality output
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, WIs, and regulatory guidelines (ICH)




- Participate in DSMB/DMC activities as needed; may act as independent/non-voting statistician
- Lead integrated analyses and support regulatory meetings; respond to analyst questions
- Maintain documentation and inspection readiness; support project deliverables timeline
- Support business development with proposals, budgets, and sponsor bid defenses
- Travel minimal; contribute to internal meetings and cross-functional collaboration
- Maintain project quality control and verification of outputs
- Provide statistical programming support where needed
- Contribute to process improvements and operational solutions
- Prepare for internal meetings with thoughtful contributions
- Possibly engage in sponsor communications and protocol development
- Ensure alignment with company objectives and quality standards
- Monitor milestones and adapt to timeline changes
