ph3Senior Manager – Technology Transfer and Innovation /h3 pUniversity of A Coruña – CITIC Research Centre /p pLocation: CITIC, Monday to Friday, 08:30–15:30 /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan and coordinate the activities of the Technology Transfer and Innovation Unit, defining priorities, objectives and monitoring mechanisms, and preparing activity and result reports. /li liAnalyze research results to identify opportunities for valorisation and exploitation, facilitating transfer to the market. /li liPromote innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives based on research outcomes, in collaboration with companies, investors and stakeholders. /li liBuild and strengthen relationships with companies and organisations in the ICT sector. /li liIdentify funding opportunities and support the preparation of proposals for RDI, innovation and technology transfer activities. /li liCoordinate the preparation, processing and monitoring of contracts, agreements, technology transfer agreements and financial proposals. /li liManage,



coordinate and monitor collaborative projects with public and private organisations. /li liAdvise research staff on technology transfer, commercialization and university‑industry collaboration. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or a Master’s degree at MECES level 3. /li liValid international accreditation as a Registered Technology Transfer Professional (RTTP) issued by the Alliance of Technology Transfer Professionals (ATTP). /li liExperience in technology transfer, commercialization and university‑industry collaboration. /li liStrong communication, negotiation and project management skills. /li liKnowledge of research funding mechanisms and grant proposal development. /li /ul pThe University of A Coruña guarantees selection processes based on merit, transparency and equal opportunities (OTM‑R Policies), within the framework of the European HR Excellence in Research accreditation. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
