El rol Buscamos a alguien cuyo trabajo sea, literalmente, automatizar la empresa. Empezarás por los procesos de operaciones, finanzas y administración: todo lo que hoy se hace a mano y no debería. Con el tiempo, el rol va más allá de automatizar lo existente — queremos que llegues a construir productos internos (y potencialmente externos) nuevos, apoyándote en IA en cada paso.

En la práctica

Detectar procesos manuales, repetitivos o rotos en cualquier departamento y rediseñarlos desde cero.

Construir automatizaciones y herramientas internas usando IA (LLMs, agentes, integraciones, scripts, lo que haga falta).

Hablar con los equipos, entender el problema real (no el síntoma) y resolverlo desde first principles.

Prototipar ágil, medir si funciona, iterar o tirar a la basura sin drama.

A medio plazo: crear productos nuevos que hoy no existen en la empresa. A quién buscamos No buscamos años de experiencia ni un título concreto.

Buscamos a alguien que haya construido algo: un side project, una empresa, una herramienta que usaba gente de verdad. Ex-founders bienvenidos.

Perfiles que suelen encajar: Product Manager hands-on, Technical PM, AI Product Manager, Product Engineer, Automation Engineer, Growth Engineer, Founder's Associate, indie hackers o ingenieros que quieren ir más allá del código. El título da igual; lo que has construido, no.

Has construido algo por tu cuenta y puedes enseñárnoslo. Si eres PM, esto significa que no solo has definido producto: lo has construido tú (con código, no-code o IA).

Usas IA de forma intensiva en tu día a día para construir, no solo para redactar emails.

Tienes background técnico, o al menos entiendes bien cómo funciona el desarrollo moderno: repos, control de versiones, cómo se estructura y despliega el software, cómo trabajar con LLMs.

Te gusta llegar al fondo de los problemas.

No parcheas:



entiendes por qué algo está roto y lo arreglas de raíz.

Trabajas con autonomía. Te damos el problema, no las instrucciones.

Español fluido; inglés funcional (trabajamos en tres mercados europeos). No pasa nada si:

No has trabajado nunca en un rol como este (probablemente no exista todavía en muchos sitios).

No vienes del mundo de los seguros. Nadie viene del mundo de los seguros.

The role We're hiring someone whose job is, quite literally, to automate the company. You'll start with operations, finance and admin processes — everything that's done by hand today and shouldn't be. Over time, the role goes beyond automating what exists: we want you to build new internal (and potentially external) products, leaning on AI at every step.

In practice

Spot manual, repetitive or broken processes in any department and redesign them from scratch.

Build automations and internal tools using AI (LLMs, agents, integrations, scripts — whatever it takes).

Talk to the teams,



understand the real problem (not the symptom) and solve it from first principles.

Prototype fast, measure whether it works, iterate or throw it away without drama.

Medium term: create new products that don't exist in the company today. Who we're looking for We're not looking for years of experience or a specific degree. We're looking for someone who has built something: a side project, a company, a tool that real people used. Ex-founders welcome.

Profiles that tend to fit: hands-on Product Manager, Technical PM, AI Product Manager, Product Engineer, Automation Engineer, Growth Engineer, Founder's Associate, indie hackers, or engineers who want to go beyond code. The title doesn't matter; what you've built does.

You've built something on your own and can show it to us. If you're a PM, this means you haven't just defined product — you've built it yourself (with code, no-code or AI).

You use AI intensively in your day-to-day to build things — not just to draft emails.

You have a technical background, or at minimum a solid understanding of how modern development works: repos, version control, how software is structured and shipped, how to work with LLMs.

You like getting to the bottom of problems. You don't patch — you understand why something is broken and fix it at the root.

You work autonomously. We give you the problem, not the instructions.

Fluent Spanish; working English (we operate in three European markets). It's fine if:

You've never worked in a role like this (it probably doesn't exist in most companies yet).

You don't come from insurance. Nobody comes from insurance.
