This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of Quality, Health, Safety, Security & Environmental standards across a complex, multi-site operation. The Opportunity You’ll be responsible for shaping and embedding a best-in-class QHSSE culture , ensuring full compliance with aviation regulations, and driving continuous improvement across all operational sites. This is a high-impact, strategic role with strong visibility across leadership, customers, and regulatory bodies.What You’ll Be Doing Leading QHSSE strategy across all Spanish operations Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, ISAGO, ICAO & IATA standards Driving risk management,



incident investigation & corrective actions Leading internal & external audits and regulatory engagement Developing Business Continuity Plans & Emergency Response Plans Delivering training, awareness, and cultural change programmes Acting as the Aviation Security lead (PNS compliance) Partnering with senior stakeholders across operations, airlines & authoritiesWhat We’re Looking For 10+ years’ experience in QHSSE leadership within aviation / logistics / industrial environments Strong background in ground handling or air cargo operations Deep knowledge of ISAGO, IGOM, ICAO & IATA xqbhyrx frameworks Proven ability to lead multi-site, international operations Strong experience in auditing, compliance & continuous improvement Recognised Health & Safety certification Fluent in Spanish & English Comfortable with regular travel across SpainWhy Apply?
