Description

- The continuous analysis of feasibility of the part (whatever their origin, verifying the basic feasibility of cast - all entries and drafts) associated with the product FMEA.
- It makes proposals and provides solutions throughout the entire development.

- Valid technical and technological solutions with the help of the other technicians of TC technical reviews specific product or expert
- Manage revisions to conception according to the periodicity of the planning of development.

- Ensures the actualization of the nomenclature in all project phases.
- The 3D keeping up with customer and suppliers to the last level ordered online
- Prepares technical documentation (verifying the basic feasibility of cast - all entries and drafts) necessary for product modifications so that mold technician can negotiate the planning and the economic cost.

- Monitor the impact of changes (internal and external) and seeks the most favorable solution.
- Validates implementations to product and modifications which will be its origin internal or external.




- Participate in economic monitoring and planning throughout the entire development.

- Ensure the return of experience to the technical center, feeding the product database of lessons learned.
- All the tasks necessary for the maintenance and proper performance of the working area/department
- Keep confidential information secret, in particular information concerning prototypes.

- Compliance with the standards of the job position and safety, environmental and 5S regulations.

Profile

- Technical or industrial engineer (mechanic design, plastic engineer) or experience in a similar position at least 3 years
- English, and desirable language from the customer

- 3-5 years experience in a similar function - having made several complet developments in automotive in the part of design
- Knowledge of Coretools: FMEA, SPC, APQP
- Knowledge of the specific requirements of customers.
