In this role you drive high-quality structural design across a diverse project portfolio in Madrid, leading technical work while mentoring junior engineers. You act as a trusted advisor to clients, align technical solutions with business goals, and coordinate with PMs and interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated results. The position blends hands-on design leadership with client development in a global, adaptable work environment. You will shape complex buildings and infrastructure, contributing to a safer, more resilient built world.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Lead and coordinate complex structural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and client satisfaction• Serve as primary client contact to understand needs and manage expectations• Oversee interdisciplinary collaboration with architecture, MEP,
