As IT Delivery Lead you will steer strategic IT programmes end-to-end, translating business needs into executable technology solutions. You’ll coordinate multi-workstream delivery across Applications, Infrastructure, Data, and more, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes with solid quality. You’ll partner with Group Functions, Local Markets, vendors, and SIs to enable smooth transitions to BAU and Global ERP support. This role offers impact across a global telecom landscape and opportunities to shape transformation at scale. You’ll be at the heart of delivering meaningful, cross-functional change.Compensaciones / Ventajas• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic IT programmes from initiation to BAU transition• Own programme plans, milestones, budgets, RAID logs, dependencies, and governance• Ensure delivery against timelines, budgets, scope, and quality objectives• Provide clear status reporting to senior leadership and programme boards• Drive design closure across business, architecture, product, and technical teams• Oversee delivery of application changes across ERP, Finance, CRM, Billing, Data, and Digital platforms• Act as primary IT interface for Group Functions, Local Markets, vendors, and System Integrators• Manage third-party partners against delivery commitments, SLAs, and quality outcomes• Own test readiness,
