We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Madrid team. /p h3What are we looking for? /h3 pSenior Project Manager with at least 5 years’ experience in an events agency (essential requirement). /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPreparation of budgets. Feasibility analysis and supervision of the project from its conceptual phase to the execution phase. Risk assessment, search for alternative solutions and management of necessary resources. /li liStrategy development and planning, making the most of time and resources. /li liOperations Management: Analysis, development and improvement of operations systems and processes. /li liCreation of roadbooks and process manuals. Definition of policies and processes. /li liCoordination of event logistics: space reservations, accommodation, transfers, catering, staff, audiovisuals, etc. /li liInterlocution with the client throughout the event cycle to identify their needs and make adapted proposals. /li liManagement of legal matters (LOPD, NDA,



contracts, collaboration agreements, permits, etc), in coordination with the legal team. /li liPreparation of documentation for public and corporate tenders.
