We are currently looking for two Interns to join our Iberia team in September.



You will have the opportunity of working across the entire value chain of insurers, supporting our clients in their strategy, distribution, value proposition and post‑sales challenges. /p pAM Insurance has a unique delivery model that enables junior members of the team to gain extensive exposure to Managing Directors and Senior Directors, thereby empowering individuals to fast‑track their careers and development. As an Intern, you will be working closely with the rest of the team and gain on‑the‑job learning and development, leveraging their substantial experience. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liActive part of the teams helping all types of companies in the insurance market achieve their strategic and operational objectives. /li liAssist on producing financial and operational modelling and analysis including PL models and projections. /li liAssist on synthesising information after research and analysis into high‑quality client reports and recommendations. /li liHelp to produce integrated models with balance sheet, PL and cash flow, identifying key trends and red flags. /li liSupport Managing Directors and other senior members of the team with client pitch production. /li liFind key information on company reporting, know what to look for to understand company business performance and key information. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liStudying at a leading university in Business Administration and/or Engineering, or equivalent. /li liExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills. /li liAbility to prioritise – especially in highly pressured situations. /li liSome Excel modelling skills. /li liFluent business‑level English and Spanish are essential.
