Ensures alignment of supply chain processes to site specific requirements while maintaining compliance with GE Vernova policies. /p pThe role combines strategic and operational support across preventive, corrective, and major component exchange (MCE) activities, with a strong focus on risk mitigation, cost efficiency and continuous improvement. /p h3Indirect Sourcing ( €25k) /h3 ul liManage supplier qualification, onboarding, compliance and system readiness (Supplier Connect-Complyworks). /li liSupport sites on RFI/RFQ processes, commercial evaluations, supplier selection, and SOW preparation. /li liCoordinate with global commodity leaders to identify preferred supplier panel per commodity and implement applicable global agreements at site level. /li liMonitor supplier performance and support/escalate corrective actions. /li /ul h3Indirect Procurement Operations (Buyers) /h3 ul liCoordinate Buydesk support for the region and resolve escalations. /li liMonitor accounts payable issues and drive corrective actions. /li liDevelop procurement dashboards, KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liDefine and maintain PR/PO guidelines, training materials, and support DOA updates. /li /ul h3Indirect Material Management /h3 ul liCoordinate all indirect material purchases: consumables and tools. /li liManage kanban systems, sourcing, ordering, deliveries, returns, and issue resolution. /li liMaintain material trackers, GoCodes governance, and catalog accuracy. /li liSupport inspection and calibration processes for PPE, tools and lifting equipment. /li liAnalyze consumption trends and support min/max inventory optimization. /li liLead training sessions and manage supplier relationships to mitigate risk and avoid overspend.



/li /ul h3Warehouse /h3 ul liCoordinate Lean initiatives with regional warehouse management. /li liSupport asset control, recovery actions, training, and indirect material EHS documentation. /li /ul h3Logistics Customs /h3 ul liCoordinate inter-warehouse and special MCE projects transportation. /li liServe as primary contact for customs-related activities, including HS codes, documentation, and clearance. /li liPrepare shipping documentation and support urgent down-turbine logistics. /li liAlign with customs teams on best practices for internal flows. /li liCoordinate logistics support provided by One Wind teams. /li /ul h3Special Tools CAPEX /h3 ul liCoordinate integral tool movements and duplication processes with One Wind Tool Center and Tooling Engineers. /li liSupport asset traceability, CAPEX approval and RFQ/PO processes. /li /ul h3Direct Material (Spare Parts) support /h3 ul liAlign with One Wind Tool Center and internal stakeholders on process improvements and roles. /li liAct as primary interface with OM suppliers on spare parts topics. /li liSupport migration of material from indirect to direct when applicable. /li /ul h3Education / Professional Experience /h3 ul liEducation and/or professional experience matching the mission /li liExperience with supply chain including sourcing, transportation industry, logistics, warehousing, custom clearance /li liExperience in industry, offshore, or wind is a plus /li liKnowledge of compliance standards for tool inspection and calibration. /li liProficiency in supply chain and asset management software and tools /li /ul h3Language(s) /h3 ul liFluent in English /li liSpanish, German or French is a plus /li /ul h3Technical knowledge and skills /h3 ul liProven ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills /li liProblem-solving mindset /li liDrive to continuously improve and reduce costs /li liAutonomous /li liProficient with IT tools (ERP, spreadsheets…) /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pbRelocation Assistance Provided: /b No /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
