ppbJob Description /b /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Contact Centre Management /h3 ul liRespond to all enquiries received through the CRM system within 24 hours. /li liAssess whether enquiries match the profile and admissions criteria of the relevant school. /li liManage inbound communication including phone calls, emails and messaging channels. /li liProvide prospective families with clear, accurate information regarding schools and admissions procedures. /li liRedirect enquiries to appropriate school staff where necessary. /li /ul h3Regional School Support /h3 ul liQualify and filter leads to ensure alignment with the school’s admissions profile. /li liProvide prospective families with information about each school’s unique selling points (USPs) and educational offering. /li liManage communication with prospective families via phone, email, WhatsApp or SMS as appropriate. /li liSupport schools across the region with enquiry management and lead qualification. /li /ul h3School Visit Coordination /h3 ul liArrange school visits in line with each school’s admissions guidelines and student profile requirements. /li /ul h3Post-Visit Follow-Up /h3 p(HubSpot Substage: School Tour Completed) /p ul liSupport prospective families following their visit to ensure efficient progression through the admissions process. /li liAssist families during the application and offer stages, helping to facilitate applications and improve school conversion rates. /li liSupport satisfaction initiatives such as the Happy Call Campaign and other engagement campaigns as required by schools. /li /ul h3Reporting and Performance Monitoring /h3 ul liPrepare weekly reports on admissions pipeline activity, lead quality, and team performance. /li liProvide feedback to schools and regional marketing teams on lead performance and campaign effectiveness. /li /ul h3ISP Principles /h3 pbBegin with our children and students /b.
