In this role you will lead a global, multi-year Workday optimisation programme as part of Sanofi’s Leap strategy, driving process excellence, data integrity and AI readiness. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across People Services, Digital, Talent, and HR to deliver design, testing and deployment waves and ensure measurable business outcomes. You’ll partner with architects, PMO and a partner integrator, while managing change and embedding adoption across the organisation. This is a high-impact, senior-role that shapes how Workday supports global HR transformation.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Lead end-to-end Workday programme optimization across multiple modules and global regions with cross-functional teams• Define and manage scope, milestones and acceptance criteria; control change orders with Procurement, Legal and PMO• Partner with Lead Workday Architect, PMO and implementation partner on governance, planning and risk management, translating decisions into scalable platform design• Drive change management and adoption including impact assessments, readiness tracking,



training and communications• Ensure deployment readiness with clear acceptance criteria, lead UAT, go-live, hypercare and KPI tracking (time-to-hire, compensation cycle throughput, self-service adoption)• Monitor platform enhancements and Workday release impacts; collaborate with HR Operations to improve user experience and business valueResponsabilidades• Proven integral HR transformation and HRIS programme leadership experience• Hands-on Workday experience (or similar) across multiple modules in complex, international settings• End-to-end deployment and optimisation experience in matrixed environments• Strong governance xqbhyrx and vendor management capabilities; experience with Statements of Work and managing SI changes• Solid change management credentials (e.g., Prosci or ACMP) with track record of adoption at scale• Inclusive leadership, ability to energise general teams and navigate ambiguity• Bachelor in Business (or related field)• Workday functional certifications and/or change management certifications preferred but not essential• Fluency in English; additional European languages a plusRequisitos principales• health and wellbeing benefits• competitive rewards package
