Salary: $27-37/hr (DOE)

Shift: 2nd Shift (3pm - 11pm)

Location: On-site – Valencia, CA

Job Duties and Responsibilities

- - Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on blow molding machines and related support equipment
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair processing, mechanical, and electrical issues on PET bottle production lines
- Monitor and adjust blow molding processes to optimize bottle quality and minimize scrap
- Complete bottle, preform, and mold changeovers according to established procedures
- Follow complete startup and shutdown procedures per company and machine requirements
- Assist with machine installations, upgrades, and new technology implementations
- Maintain accurate downtime, maintenance,



and production documentation throughout the shift
- Support process improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, ergonomics, and cycle time reduction
- Assist with cross-training technicians and performing related processing and maintenance tasks

Education Requirements
- - High School diploma or equivalent required
- Technical school training in blow molding or injection xqbhyrx molding
- Minimum of 3 years of industrial processing or maintenance experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- - Knowledge of blow molding equipment, processes, and auxiliary systems
- Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic math and computer skills
