Experteer Overview
In this role you will own end-to-end analytics for vendor invoicing, ensuring accuracy and controllership while identifying opportunities to cut costs and improve processes. You will build dashboards, automate workflows, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven improvements at scale. You’ll balance quality, speed, and cost to support Amazon’s Translation Services Operations globally. This role offers hands-on impact in a dynamic, international environment with a focus on scalable solutions and continuous optimization. You will be at the forefront of translating data into actionable changes that benefit vendors and customers alike.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own and monitor end-to-end invoicing metrics, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities and implementing solutions
• Design, build, and maintain analytical frameworks and dashboards ensuring financial accuracy and process compliance
• Leverage data to propose business improvements, including vendor selection,



workflow redesigns, and cost structure optimization
• Proactively identify automation and process simplification opportunities, leveraging AI/ML and driving implementation
• Conduct root cause analyses on process failures and develop scalable preventive solutions
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and implement improvements

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
• Experience in business or financial analysis
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
• Experience with Excel
• Experience with SQL
• Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written
