As Project Director for Data Centers in Spain, you will lead and deliver large, multidisciplinary projects on site, ensuring budget, quality, compliance, and safety. You will manage client relationships, coordinate internal teams and external partners, and champion the Arcadis Way in project execution. The role offers exposure to high-profile data center implementations and cross-functional leadership across Spain.

You will influence project outcomes through strategic planning and decisive decision-making.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Deliver monodisciplinary or subprojects within multidisciplinary programs, track financial targets, and ensure quality and deviations are addressed
- Define project scope, plan, and technical specifics, including scheduling and technical information




- Foster cross-discipline collaboration across teams and stakeholders
- Lead project staff, guiding complex decision-making during delivery
- Coordinate internally and externally, maintaining and expanding client networks
- Provide guidance on project-related issues and maintain fluent client relationships with suppliers and contractors
- Represent Arcadis culture and apply the Arcadis Way Standard for project management
- Ensure xugodme delivery on regulatory, safety, and planning controls in line with required standards

Responsabilidades

- Project management experience with a focus on data centers
- Technical background in Architecture/Building Engineering/Engineering
- PMP certification (desirable)
- Advanced Spanish and English language skills
- Available to travel within Spain and work onsite
