Job Description: Logistics Intern

Your Mission: Structural Supply Support & Precision Inventory Tracking

Your primary goal involves driving backend operational success by delivering exceptional administrative support and keeping warehouse spaces aligned with corporate standards. You will manage digital inventory logs, assist with physical stock counting, and track supplier delivery paperwork. Additionally, you will monitor task progress and collaborate with your team to hit distribution objectives, creating a highly efficient stockroom environment and preventing material delays across departments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support:



Deliver consistent administrative and operational backing to the Logistics department, assisting in the control and tracking of internal materials.
- Receiving Logistics: Collaborate in the physical reception, verification, and strategic placement of incoming goods in the main warehouse.
- Inventory Control: Support stock counts and regular inventories, proactively identifying discrepancies and helping to update tracking records.
- Documentation Management: Follow up on product orders, delivery notes (albaranes), and all associated supplier paperwork accurately.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Manage basic communication with alternative store and kitchen teams to guarantee the seamless distribution of supplies.
- Logistical Reporting: Assist with drafting internal files, spreadsheets, registers, and reports to preserve absolute traceability across processes.

Who You Are: The Organized & Proactive Team Player

- Academic Alignment: You are currently pursuing a degree or vocational certificate in Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, Transport, or a related field.
- Legal Framework: You possess the legal ability to formalize a standard internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) through your university or study center.
- Tech Foundations:



You bring good command of standard office automation software, showing particular comfort utilizing Microsoft Excel and professional email tools.
- The Linguist: You communicate comfortably in Spanish. Furthermore, a functional knowledge of the English language or other languages is valued positively.
- Detail-Oriented Attitude: You display high attention to detail, strong personal accountability, a professional presentation, and a genuine eagerness to learn.
