Acting as MATCH Hospitality's on-site representative during afternoon and evening shifts, you will monitor contractor performance, report on daily progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.



/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupervise on-site construction and fit-out activities within the hospitality areas. /liliCoordinate and monitor contractors and subcontractors. /liliEnsure works are completed according to programme, quality and safety requirements. /liliIdentify issues proactively and elevate risks when required. /liliReport daily progress to the Project Management team. /liliCoordinate with technical, production and operational teams to ensure smooth delivery. /liliRepresent MATCH Hospitality on-site during the assigned shifts. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliPrevious experience as a bSite Manager /b, Construction Supervisor or similar role. /liliExperience supervising contractors on live construction or fit-out projects. /liliStrong organisational and problem-solving skills. /liliAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment. /liliBased in Madrid or able to work on-site throughout the project. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
