ph3Job Description /h3 pWe are seeking a Senior bUI/Visual Designer /b to join our team and play a pivotal role in improving Zooplus' customer experience through scalable design work, UI, interaction and systems design. /p pIn this role, you will be one of our main contributors to the work in the design system and core design libraries by focusing on elevating the experience of Zooplus to become more branded, engaging and increase the usability. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPartner with data and research teams to drive design decisions, applying insights to design work. /li liExecute ideas into tangible, well‑designed prototypes for user testing. /li liEnsure the work is scalable and modular and helps with automation and personalization of pages across web and app. /li liDesign accessible and inclusive experiences. /li liSet the standards for engaging design for Zooplus in web and app experiences. /li liEnsure designs can be integrated into our design systems. /li liLead exploration of AI and automation tools to scale and optimize design system workflows. /li liIdentify gaps in the design system and propose scalable, sustainable solutions. /li liExplore and integrate relevant design trends and user‑centric developments. /li liActively involve stakeholders in the design process, understanding their needs and tailoring design outputs to align with expectations. /li liMaintain alignment with stakeholders to ensure business goals are met and communicated effectively. /li liBuild strong relationships and synergy with brand and marketing teams to ensure consistent and high‑quality experiences across all touchpoints.



/li liMentor juniors through work reviews and day‑to‑day coaching. /li liFacilitate design sprints, rapid prototyping, design explorations and lead workshops needed to go from research to concept to prototype efficiently and collaboratively. /li liDemonstrate solid understanding of how design work aligns with team KPIs, contributing to business objectives. /li liUse data and research results to drive proactive decision making and help the company create customer‑centric experiences. /li liEffectively communicate design decisions and their rationale, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable stories for diverse audiences. /li liPresent results and insights in an accessible way for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. /li liHelp the company understand and experience the power of design in relation to customer relevance and growth. /li liPropose new ideas and solutions to improve projects and their business impact, continuously refining service design strategies. /li liManage timelines and deliverables for large‑sized projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality expectations. /li liAdapt to shifting priorities while ensuring work stays aligned with project objectives and deadlines. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in UX/UI Design, Visual, Interaction Design, or a related field.
