As an Offensive Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering offensive security initiatives across the organization and with external vendors. You will ensure projects are executed successfully while collaborating with cybersecurity teams and business stakeholders.

Your Missions

Plan, coordinate, and oversee offensive security projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Coordinate Red Team activities, penetration testing engagements, and threat emulation exercises performed by internal teams and external vendors.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and implementation plans for offensive security initiatives.

Manage project resources, priorities, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with Red Teams, Blue Teams, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure effective execution and communication.

Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.

Review assessment reports, ensuring findings, vulnerabilities, and remediation recommendations are properly documented and communicated.

Support the continuous improvement of offensive security processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Facilitate collaboration between offensive and defensive security teams to strengthen the organization's overall security posture. Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience managing cybersecurity or offensive security projects.

Good understanding of offensive security concepts, including:

Red Team operations

Penetration Testing

Threat Emulation

Vulnerability Management

Familiarity with offensive security tools, methodologies,



and assessment techniques.

Strong project management and coordination skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

High ethical standards and commitment to security best practices.

Fluent English and Spanish. Nice to Have

Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master).

Experience working in Agile environments.

Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001.

Understanding of risk management principles.

Previous experience working alongside Red Teams, penetration testing teams, or cybersecurity consulting vendors.
