Project Manager

We are currently supporting one of our clients in the cosmetics industry in the search for a Junior Project Manager to join their growing team.

As a Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of projects across different business functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with at least one year of experience who is looking to develop their project management career within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key responsibilities:

- Support the management and coordination of cross-functional projects across various areas of the company.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare project status reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, proposing mitigation actions when needed.




- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with agreed objectives.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and project management best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, consulting, PMO, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar is a plus.
- Professional level of English (written and spoken).
